MEDIA USAGE RIGHTS
I understand that any photo or video content captured during my visit may be used by Equo for marketing purposes, including but not limited to social media, website, digital ads, and printed materials. I grant Equo full usage rights to this content.
CONTENT SHARING REQUIREMENT
In exchange for complimentary services, I agree to share a minimum of three (3) Instagram Stories during my visit and one (1) collaboration post within three (3) days of appointment. These stories should tag @equohair and @stylist showing the experience + final look.
CONSENT AND AGREEMENT
By submitting this form, I confirm that I’ve read and agree to the above terms. I release Equo, its team, and affiliates from any claims related to the use of this content.
